The definition of a sustainable building is a structure that is as equally friendly to the Economy, Social life and the environment, the sustainability must last through out the buildings life span of construction, operation, maintenance, renovations and eventual demolition. This building will tackle the TBL (economy,environmental and social) problems which

- Climate Change. - minimising the amount of fossil fuels.
- Water Usage - By recycling rain water into the water which flushes the toilet.
- Use of finite Resources - limiting uses of fossil fuels by using solar panels, wind turbines and recycling water.
- Waste - The waste water could also be used to irrigate the plants on the side of the wall.
- Biodiversity - for extra insulation when the building is built, membrane and soil will be added in so the plants with grow out of the wall creating extra insulation , also expelling the danger of climbing ivy.
- Business Ethics.
- Labour Standards - to make them feel comfortable, a clean atmosphere and natural lighting
- Equal Opportunities - to employ people from different ethnic backgrounds and people who have disabilities.
- Social Inclusion (disability access) - to allow everyone to enter this building so no one is left out or unable to access my structure.
- Profitable Business - as a precaution to be able to afford any damages , if any occur
- Local Economy - using local material suppliers and local workers to pay into the community
- Fair Payment - meaning no one is being mistreated or cheated on their hard work.
